WorkClock is operated by Marta Gal (Soulful Hospitality). For any GDPR request — access, rectification, deletion, portability, restriction or objection — contact the data controller in writing.

What data we process

• Account data: name, email, language, role, company, department.
• Working-time data: shifts, absences, sickness and meeting entries.
• Authentication metadata required to keep your session secure.

Purpose & legal basis

Data is processed to operate the workforce scheduling service for your employer (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Sickness entries are processed only as far as needed to record absence — no diagnoses are stored.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights under Articles 15–22 GDPR at any time. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
